Investing in a Preventative Maintenance Agreement for your heating and air conditioning system extends the life of

breakdown and prevent minor problems from escalating into major ones. Waiting until equipment fails typically

Full Coverage
This preventative maintenance program includes all regularly scheduled maintenance, replacement of all parts and
emergency service as required. This is your best option for maximizing uptime at your facility. Let us take care of
maintaining your equipment so you don't have to worry.
On-Site Flex Agreement
This program is designed for the building owner that needs a part-time highly skilled service technician to
perform any variety of tasks the building requires. We provide the owner with a "Block of Hours" that can be used for
any type of service or repair required at the time. These "Blocks of Hours" can be used on a weekly, bimonthly or
quarterly basis.
We provide the skilled labor, scheduling, transportation, tools, insurance and technical support. The owner uses our
skilled technicians to work on any type of equipment within the building. Our technicians will not be tied to any
specific equipment and/or specific scope of work. This gives the owner maximum flexibility.
Preventative Maintenance Program
This program covers regularly scheduled inspections of listed equipment. Any additional work or material required
will be quoted and billed separately. We provide the owner with detailed inspection reports and equipment log sheets
for each individual piece of equipment.
